- Our monitoring centre will contact you, your close friends or relatives, and your local Police Force after a confirmed activation.

Keyholder notification
- We will immediately inform designated individuals if there is an alarm activation at your property and the nature of the alarm so you can check on the property or coordinate with emergency services.

Local police force notification
- As an NSI gold accredited installer with a Police URN if a confirmed alarm is received we are able to action the Police direct to your property as well as your keyholders.
