It’s hard to escape the constant swirl of news about rampant inflation, rising interest rates and soaring energy bills.

Businesses are struggling, insolvencies are starting to grow and everyone is having to tighten their belts.

But whilst the economic picture may be looking a little gloomy at present, some things never change – our security. Indeed, one could argue that when the going gets tough for people, there’s more temptation to turn to crime. Which means protecting homes and businesses becomes an even greater priority.

Even though many businesses will be doing their level best to keep overheads to a minimum where possible, cutting back on security systems and fire prevention equipment is often a tall order. In many situations, the installation of such systems is a legal requirement.

Nevertheless, none of us are immune to the economic realities which currently prevail. The good news is that at Justice Fire & Security, we can provide assistance for businesses who are feeling the pinch, by helping them spread the cost on their security expenditure

  1. Rental and leasing options

For many businesses, a more cost-effective approach at the current time could be to rent or lease the equipment. For a very small upfront cost, we can install the alarm system and, thereafter, the customer would then pay a fully inclusive, affordable monthly fee, paid by direct debit, to cover all maintenance. This arrangement could stay in place for as long as required. This is often a great option for firms who may only be planning to remain in their current premises for a certain period of time.

Our rental options are available to both business and domestic customers

  1. Flexible finance solutions

On larger projects, to help spread upfront costs, we also offer finance solutions. This would extend to access control equipment, entry management systems, CCTV and surveillance equipment, intruder alarms, home security systems and fire prevention equipment.

If you would like to explore whether you might be eligible for this type of arrangement, we would be happy to discuss this with you.

  1. Direct Debit Originator

We are also a direct debit originator (as opposed to standing orders), enabling us to spread installation costs (subject to status) over several months. This is particularly useful for smaller companies who don’t have the cashflow to pay for the system in one hit, but are happy to spread the cost over a few months. This also avoids the need for arranging hire purchase finance, which can be cumbersome and would entail setting up a payment programme running over several years and at potentially higher rates of interest.

Making Security and Fire Safety Equipment Affordable

At Justice Fire & Security, we will do everything we can to assist businesses when it comes to budgeting for essential security and fire safety equipment. Wherever we can remove the pressure of upfront overheads, we will.

After all, who needs an umbrella when the sun is shining. It’s when it’s pouring with rain that the true worth of a brolly is felt!
